1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and maya99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the maya99 website located at maya99.app and all associated services, games, and features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the maya99 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and maya99.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the maya99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of maya99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the maya99 platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full range of maya99 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the maya99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, maya99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. maya99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify maya99 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, maya99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the maya99 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your maya99 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• maya99 does not accept deposits made using credit cards issued by Philippine banks where such transactions are restricted by the issuing bank or by applicable regulation.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. maya99 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. maya99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• maya99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in temporary delays. We will notify you via your registered email address if additional documentation is required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

maya99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. maya99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated betting strategies — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• maya99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the maya99 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

All casino games on maya99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure fair and statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios under strict protocols. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in our server logs will be the binding outcome.
• maya99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maya99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games and poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the maya99 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing maya99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

9 Responsible Gaming

maya99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your maya99 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

maya99 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and supports the national self-exclusion registry. Players who have registered with PAGCOR's exclusion programme will not be permitted to create or maintain an account on the maya99 platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the maya99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of maya99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the maya99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the maya99 platform without prior written consent.
• Use any maya99 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any maya99 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of maya99 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by maya99.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maya99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party software providers, subject to the provisions of Section 7.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit maya99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

maya99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account on maya99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and your use of the platform's games and features.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (such as payment processors and game providers) strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with our legal obligations.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

maya99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any voided bonuses or funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

maya99 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to maya99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
